Vic Voinovich
Vic, along with his wife Nicole, is the owner and
founder of Elite Fitness in Chesterland and Bainbridge.
Elite Fitness has been around for over 6 years. Vic
was an Ohio State wrestling champion at Lake Catholic
in 1989 and was also a captain on the state championship
team. He has coached high school and junior
high athletics and has competed as a nationally ranked
power lifter. He has trained people from all walks of life
for over 13 years. His clients range from kids, All
Americans in college, high school, and junior high,
clients recovery from injuries, weight loss, body sculpting,
and even an 80 year old female powerlifter. He
ensures that all of his clients develop strict form on
their exercises and they master the lifting techniques.
He incorporates his intense athletic training techniques
towards helping his general fitness clients reach their
goals. His workouts are intense and geared towards
those serious about their health and fitness. Vic also
customizes nutritional plans to help his clients attain
those goals.

Melissa Voinovich Nerone
Melissa has been training for the past 9 years. She
started off as your average woman just wanting to
lose a few pounds and tone up. She ended up loving
fitness and wanted to take it a step further and began
preparing for NPC figure competitions. She now has
been in over 10 Figure Competitions and is a national
qualifier. Melissa wants to share her passion of fitness
with others. She is certified through ISSA. She
specializes in helping women tone up and lose weight
through proper weight training techniques and diet
that is geared towards women's specific needs. She
also trains ladies who want to prepare to compete or
just want to look like they should compete. She customizes
every workout to meet each individual's
goals. She understands a woman's body and targets

Justin Gvora
Justin's positive attitude and willingness to take on any
challenge has made him a valuable member of the
Elite Fitness team. His passion for playing sports and
working out coupled with his paramedic certification
make him a great fit for Elite Fitness. He specializes
in group and team training. He recently has worked
with the Gilmour football team and the West Geauga
High School Volleyball team. Justin is able to take a
team to the next level through his innovative strength,
speed and conditioning workouts. He uses techniques
that will help them improve their athletic ability for their
specific needs. Justin ensures that each person
learns the right techniques and masters all the different
exercises and drills. His intense, but easy going
personality makes him a great team trainer.

Paul Owens
Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer through
the National Council on Strength and
Fitness. He has been working out for over
15 years and has trained in various martial
arts for 10 years. Paul has competed both
in bodybuilding and martial arts competitions.
He has a true passion for fitness and
takes great pride in seeing his clients
achieve their fitness goals. He uses unique
training techniques and customizes each
workout to meet each client's specific needs

Derrick Iannamorelli
Derrick is an Elite Fitness success story! When he
started, Derrick weighed in at 250 lbs. After one year, he
now weighs 195 lbs - with a drastically changed body
composition. Derrick brings his first hand experience and
knowledge of weight loss to his various training clients.
In high school, Derrick was a nationally ranked track athlete.
He ran the mile in 4.12 and the 800 meters in 1.53.
Derrick also played varsity basketball and soccer. His
athletic background and training has helped him progress
as an Elite trainer for not only athletes who want to
improve their strength and speed, but for the average
person who wants to tone up and get in the best shape
of their lives. He helps his clients go beyond their potential
by pushing them each time to continue to reach and
set new goals. Derrick is an Elite group exercise instructor
as well as a group trainer
for the high school athletes.
