Our instructors for our spinning classes guide you through a full hour ride of climbing, sprinting, rolling hills, flat terrain and provide a great cardio workout that burns on average 600 calories. 

Spinning is for any level participate because it is very individualized.  You control your own bike and your resistance level.  Ultimately it's your ride and you decide!  If there is something you don't want to do or are not capable of doing then you don't have to do it.  We spin in the dark and encourage you to work at your level and block out everything else.

Spinning does not need to be intimidating.  If it is your first time, you will want to get to class at least 10 minutes early so the instructor can get you fitted on your bike.  Please remember to bring water and a towel.

Pedal to Point Elite Fitness Group

The 2008 Bike MS “Pedal to the Point” is one of more than 100 bike tours across the U.S. to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. During the 22nd annual Bike MS “Pedal to the Point” event on Saturday, August 16, 15 Elite Fitness members participated in the 150-mile bike ride to Cedar Point and back to Elite. Great job everyone that participated and thanks to our sponsors!
