Elite Pump is a great full body workout for men and women. A strength endurance training class that challenges every major muscle group in one hour with barbells and music. This class will give you all the benefits of weight training including increasing strength, boosting fat loss, and increasing metabolism. Two times a week is all you need to get fast results.
Pilates, Core and Ab’s Class begins with 20 minutes of intense core work including abdominals and lower back exercises. It then moves into pilates which focuses on balancing and strengthening the core muscles and increasing body symmetry. A great class for improving shoulders, back and posture problems.
Tone and Burn and Interval Training is an intense workout that alternates intervals of cardio and strength. Cardio segments include: jump rope, quick movement drills and calorie busting activity that also increases agility. Strength intervals include weight training and muscle building exercises.
20-20-20 is a class that includes a little bit of everything. 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of turbo kick, and 20 minutes of step. A full workout down in an hour!
Core Fusion A complete body workout, emphasis on core and balance. By incorporating a stability ball, bands and weights, we challenge your muscles and endurance! Expect a different class each week
Circuit Training is a class taught by our Elite Personal Trainers. Half the class is done in the aerobics room and the other half in the gym area. This class will teach you proper form in weight lifting and on how to use the circuit of machines. It will provide you a full body workout in which you will learn proper weight lifting techniques. This class is great for beginners as well as advance lifters who will learn some new exercises and techniques.
Plyometrics: Intense 30 minute cardio that will take you to your limits! This is an advanced class that will include jumping and high impact. A great class to add variety to your cardio workouts as well as leaning and toning your legs!
Step Class: Is an intermediate cardio class that uses the step. It’s a fun – upbeat class that will keep you moving to choreographed step combinations.

Yoga Monday 8:30 am and Thursday 9:30 am
Yoga: Slow & Steady is an anusara-inspired class which integrates a heart-oriented spiritual philosophy, biomechanical alignment of the body and balanced energetic action. This practice invites us to align with our innate goodness, health, strength and purpose, on the yoga mat and in our daily lives.
Yoga for Wednesday 7 pm and Saturday 8:30 am
Vinyasa Yoga incorporates anusara alignment and details with a balanced flow of postures emphasizing connecting conscious breath with conscious movement. While not fast, the class is steady flow and quite challenging, though approachable for all levels of yoga.
Hatha Yoga increase suppleness of muscles while increasing stamina and general strength. Improve focus and concentration in the mind with medically recommended relaxation techniques. Beginner students will be safely introduced to the postures, and intermediate students will be able to grow in their practice of them. Learn easy tools for deep meditation. The hour and a half classes end with a half hour of yoga nidra, which is a relaxation yoga that releases deep seated tension. |
